Terms & Conditions

Last updated on 01 May 2026

Welcome to Streamliner One! We’re excited to have you as a user of our consulting and technology services. Before you get started, please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions outlined below.

If you use our Polycal product, additional product-specific terms — including early-access status, user-operated installations, authorized-accounts-only requirements, and compliance with third-party calendar provider terms — are in Section 10.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Streamliner One.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Polycal

This section applies in addition to the rest of these Terms when you use Polycal, our calendar aggregation service.

10.1. Early access. Polycal is offered in early access. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable from time to time. Streamliner One does not warrant uptime, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose for the Polycal software.

10.2. User-operated installation. Polycal runs on hardware the user controls — typically a virtual private server (VPS) the user owns, rents, or has been provisioned through a managed Streamliner One installation. The user is responsible for the security, availability, backup, and lawful operation of that installation. Streamliner One does not host calendar data on its servers and is not responsible for the operational state of any user’s installation.

10.3. Authorized accounts only. The user agrees to connect to Polycal only those Google Calendar and CalDAV accounts they own or are explicitly authorized to access. The user is solely responsible for any account connections they make and for any consequences arising from connecting accounts they were not authorized to access.

10.4. Compliance with third-party provider terms. When connecting third-party calendar accounts (including Google, iCloud, Fastmail, and other CalDAV providers), the user agrees to comply with those providers’ terms of service and acceptable-use policies — including the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google’s API Terms of Service.

10.5. Read-only behavior. The current Polycal release is read-only. The user acknowledges that Polycal will not create, edit, delete, share, or transfer events on connected calendars. Any future write capability will be introduced as an explicit, separately-authorized permission.

10.6. No liability for user-resident data. Streamliner One does not access, view, or store the user’s calendar data, OAuth tokens, or CalDAV credentials, all of which reside on the user’s Polycal installation. Streamliner One is not responsible for loss, exposure, corruption, or misuse of any data resident on the user’s installation.

By using Streamliner One, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to be bound by them. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@streamliner.one.
